Program overview
At this stage, we introduce the fundamentals of basketball in a fun and engaging way. Our activities are designed to develop your child's gross motor skills, such as coordination, balance, and running, as well as fine motor skills like gripping, catching, and hand-eye coordination. Through playful exercises, your child will build confidence, learn to work with others, and start their journey towards physical fitness and teamwork.
Motor Skills Development
Basic Coordination: Develop fundamental motor skills, including hand-eye coordination. Intro to Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting: Introduce basic concepts of dribbling, passing, and shooting.
Social and Cognitive Growth
Social Skills and Teamwork: Begin to interact with peers, building teamwork, communication, and the ability to play cooperatively. Listening and Concentration: Follow simple instructions, understand basic game rules, and improve focus in a group setting.
Fun and Confidence Building
Fun and Engagement: Participate in enjoyable activities that foster a love for basketball and make the experience positive and memorable. Confidence: Encourage a sense of achievement and competence in mastering basic basketball skills.
