Elevate Basketball Registration 2025

Your annual fees include:

Training once a week from February to November.
Elevate match kit, which includes a reversible match jersey and matching shorts.

Please note: Your registration will only be completed once the registration fee of R500 has been received. After registration, you can choose one of the following payment methods for the remaining fees:

Monthly Payments: 10 monthly installments of R500 each via EFT.
Quarterly Payments: 4 quarterly installments of R1250 each.
Once-Off Payment: A discounted total of R4500, excluding the registration fee.

The R500 registration fee is required for all payment methods to secure your child’s spot and kit.

Siblings get a 10% discount for every additional sibling, that will be calculated and applied after registration to the remainder of the year’s fees.

Important note: If you miss one of your payments consecutively your child’s player card will be pulled until the fees are up to date. Please note your child will not be registered for the new season unless fully paid up for the 2024 season. Right of admission reserved.

Terms and Conditions for Elevate Basketball Program

By registering for the Elevate Basketball program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Participation

The program is open to children aged 9-18 years old, divided into designated age groups.
Participants must attend sessions punctually and adhere to the program’s rules and code of conduct.
The program reserves the right to remove participants for persistent disruptive behavior without a refund.

2. Fees and Payments

Registration fees must be paid in full before participation can commence.
Payment plans (monthly, quarterly, or once-off) must be adhered to as agreed during registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of program cancellation by Elevate Basketball.

3. Uniforms and Equipment

Uniform fittings will be conducted during one of the sessions, and uniforms will be distributed thereafter.
Participants are expected to wear the appropriate program uniform during sessions and events.

4. Liability and Indemnity

Elevate Basketball holds public liability insurance for all organized activities.
By registering, you agree to indemnify Elevate Basketball, its representatives, and agents against any claims arising from injuries, accidents, or losses sustained during participation.
Elevate Basketball is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during activities.

5. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, parents/legal guardians authorize program representatives to act in loco parentis and consent to medical treatment as deemed necessary by a qualified medical practitioner.
Parents/legal guardians are responsible for informing the program of any medical conditions or allergies prior to participation.

6. Program Changes

Elevate Basketball reserves the right to modify schedules, session times, or program content to improve the program or accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be notified of any changes in advance where possible.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel your child’s registration, you will be required to pay for one additional month as part of the cancellation agreement.
The program may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawals once the program has commenced.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants and parents are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants.
Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

9. Communication

All official communication will be sent to the email or phone number provided during registration.
Parents are encouraged to check for updates regularly and ensure contact details are accurate.
